The Miami Seminar has come and gone, and we are still buzzing about it. Students of all ages came eager to learn from the best. To say they learned a lot would be an understatement. The pros went over all things jiu jitsu including the ability to relax while training, bridging and shrimping, gripping correctly, escaping side mount, breath control and more.
