CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Please note: we cannot control custom, duties or tax charges. These are calculated on arrival to your destination country and are payable by you, the customer.

Payment to the authorities must be met before the shipments are released from customs. Customs charges are based on:

  • Product value
  • Trade agreements (if applicable)
  • Country of manufacture
  • Description and end-use of product
  • The product’s Harmonised System (HS) code
  • Country-specific regulations

PROCESSING TIME

Your order will be processed and shipped within (3-6) business days. This does not include actual transit time to your delivery address.

On placement of large orders, processing time may take an additional (1) working day to process.  During promotional and peak season periods, your order may take an additional (1-2) working days to process. Should you have any questions in relation to your order, you may contact our Support Team for assistance.

If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified. Also, if we are unable to verify your billing and/or shipping information, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different, there may be a delay in shipping your order and/or subject to cancellation.

USA SHIPPING

IN AN EFFORT TO SUPPLY OUR CUSTOMERS IN THE USA, WE ARE NOW SHIPPING FROM NEW ZEALAND VIA DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE. FOR ALL USA ORDERS DURING THIS TIME, PLEASE EXPECT ORDERS TO ARRIVE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

NZ and AUS SHIPPING

All shipments to customers in New Zealand will be delivered by CourierPost.

All shipments to customers in Australia will be delivered by NZ Post.

HOTEL/THIRD PARTY DELIVERY

We do ship to hotels and other third party locations; however, it is the customer’s full responsibility to alert the third party and collect the shipment in a timely manner. If the shipment is not retrieved, and is subsequently returned to our warehouse, the customer will be issued a refund less the shipping cost (both outbound and inbound), as well as any restocking fees incurred upon the product being returned to stock.

PRE-ORDERS

Money will be collected for all pre-orders during checkout. Please note the expected delivery timeframe stated on the website at the time of your order is subject to change. We will notify all customers who have placed pre-orders of any changes as well as when their order has been shipped.
