HOTEL/THIRD PARTY DELIVERY
We do ship to hotels and other third party locations; however, it is the customer’s full responsibility to alert the third party and collect the shipment in a timely manner. If the shipment is not retrieved, and is subsequently returned to our warehouse, the customer will be issued a refund less the shipping cost (both outbound and inbound), as well as any restocking fees incurred upon the product being returned to stock.
Money will be collected for all pre-orders during checkout. Please note the expected delivery timeframe stated on the website at the time of your order is subject to change.
